BULK / WHOLESALE RETURNS POLICY
At Green Pack Industries, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every bulk or wholesale order. Our returns policy is designed to address instances where incorrect stock is supplied while also providing guidelines for dispute resolution.
- Returns Eligibility
- Green Pack Industries does not accept returns for bulk or wholesale orders based on change of mind, unsuitability of the packaging, or incorrect stock ordered by the customer.
- Returns are only accepted if Green Pack Industries has supplied incorrect stock.
- Authorization Process
- Customers must contact Green Pack Industries to request a return authorization for eligible returns.
- No credit will be issued for product returns that have not been authorized by a Customer Service Consultant.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding product specifications, damage during transit, or quantities delivered must be reported to Green Pack Industries within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Assessment and Resolution
- The Customer Service Team will assess each dispute on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a refund or exchange is warranted under the circumstances.
- Resolution may include a refund or exchange depending on the nature of the issue and available stock.
